We invite you to discover the most precious secrets of Parés Baltà. We are a family winery since 1790, pioneers in biodynamics in the Penedès. Each wine has its own story and the family's winemakers are in charge of transmitting this essence from the vine to the glass.
You will enjoy an unforgettable experience visiting our vineyards where you will learn about the virtues of organic and biodynamic cultivation; you will learn how we make wines by combining ancestral and modern techniques in the barrel room and the cellar; and with a guided tasting, you will taste 6 organic wines and cavas, accompanied by olive oil and snacks to nibble on.
