You will enjoy a Gran Reserva cava tasting and a gourmet picnic among the vineyards. The picnic includes 4 long-aged cavas and a selection of appetisers. A game of harmonies, textures and flavours to play and create your own combinations.

Small family winery

Cava Guilera is a small family winery from Penedès [Barcelona] founded in 1927. We like singularity and we only make long-aged cava: Reserva and Gran Reserva. Minimum 18 months up to 18 years of aging to achieve the maximum harmony of the cava. Small productions: 40,000 bottles annually.

We will taste the top cavas of the winery. All them have been awarded in highly prestigious wine competitions and are absolutely unique: Guilera Red Xarel·la, Guilera Green Xarel·la, Guilera Musivari and Guilera AGOSARAT. Ideal to compare a long-aged cava 100% xarel·lo and a traditional long-aged cava.

Gourmet picnic among vineyards

The best way to enjoy cava is by eating, that is why we have prepared a selection of quality local products and peninsular gourmet conserves. The picnic includes delicatessen cheeses, vegetable patés, spicy sausage or secallona, pickled quail, Penedès Rooster paté and two traditional desserts.
