SOPAR SOLIDARI MUSICVEU - for the benefit of research for the cure of ALS

The Musicveu Solidarity Festival organizes on Friday, June 7 from 8 p.m., in the exclusive gardens of the new Hotel Boutique Font de la Caña by Cal Blay, the second edition of the solidarity dinner that will have the collaboration of outstanding chefs from territory of the Vegueria Penedès.
Chefs José Yañez from Casa Hidalgo and Xavier Franco from La Artemisa, both from Sitges, will prepare the dish that will start the dinner, Oriol Llavina, from Garbanzo De oro in Vilafranca will cook the second dish and the renowned and award-winning pastry chef Oriol Rossell from Obrador del Vendrell will be the author of the dessert for this dinner.
The hotel's kitchens will be the workshop for the three cooks and the pastry chef, who will prepare a menu with local products with much appreciation. The dishes will be paired with wines and sparkling wines from reference wineries in the Penedès such as Rovellats with the charity cava Musicveu, Parés Baltà, Torreblanca and Oriol Rossell.
