The 360 tour is a complete PRIVATE tour to get to know the world of Rovellats Cava from the vine to the glass
We will enjoy a pleasant morning starting with a walk in our vineyard located just in front the winery.
The vine needs care all year around to reach healthy grapes and in excellent conditions for our delicate wines and cavas. We have diferent tasks along the 4 seasons of the year to do.
In this walk we will talk about all this and the outstanding landscape where we are located, the Catalan territory of the Alt Penedès.
All the Rovellats cavas are made exclusively with our own grapes and according to the traditional method or Méthode Champenoise.
We will stop to contemplate the landscape and enjoy a glass of our Blanc de Primavera wine.
We will visit the winery, the historic buildings and finish by tasting 4 of our best cavas: Imperial Rosé, Imperial, Original and Masia S. XV, a Gran Reserva cava with a minimum of 84 months of aging.
While we do the tasting, we can enjoy a brunch in the kitchen of the Masia S. XV with Iberian ham, artisan cheeses, bread with tomato, almonds, catanias...
The price includes:
- Walking tour of our vineyard with a glass of wine
- Visit to the cellar
- Tasting of 4 cavas: two Reserva and two Gran Reserva, Iberian ham, artisan cheeses, bread with tomato, almonds, catania
